Returns, Refunds and Credit

Refunds are performed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 21 days after your purchase. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax, and full shipping costs.  Please let us know you would like a refund so we may issue you a return shipping label via USPS at no cost to you.  Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles after we received your return package.  Alternatively, a credit coupon can be requested upon request. Item(s) must be in new condition (not worn), and accompanied with a print out of your online purchase receipt for proof of return validation.  Item(s) do not have to be sealed in their original wrapper. Exchanges

Item(s) can be exchanged within 21 days after your purchase. To issue an exchange, please email  orders@sirahthelabel.com. so we may issue you a shipping label at no cost to you.  Item(s) must be in new condition (not worn), and accompanied with a print out of your online purchase receipt for proof of exchange validation.  Item(s) do not have to be sealed in their original wrapper.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received damage or defective items, please contact us immediately by sending an email to orders@sirahthelabel.com  within 21 days after your purchase.  We will make every reasonable effort to replace your item quickly as possible with a full replacement at no additional cost to you.
