Shipping and delivery rules, regulations and guidelines.

We provide free shipping of our online products anywhere in the United States via USPS (5-7 days domestic shipping). Free shipping automatically applied on checkout for shipping destinations in the United States.
Single item orders are shipped via shipping poly bags. Multiple item orders are shipped via medium flat rate boxes containing between 2 to 5 items depending on the volume and dimensions of the combined items. Orders exceeding medium size flat rate boxes will be custom arranged by our staff as bulk orders. Custom shipping arrangements can be utilized on bulk orders and as per request. Please contact us at info@sirahthelabel.com to make custom or bulk shipping arrangements.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please allow us 3 days to prepare your order.
Prepared orders will be picked up and delivered by USPS. You can check the status of your order (if it has been packaged already for USPS delivery) by accessing our order tracking page: https://www.sirahthelabel.com/account/login. This will only inform you if your order has been packaged already by our staff and ready for USPS pickup. You will be supplied with a valid tracking number from us courtesy of USPS, to monitor where your package is during delivery.
All customers will be required to cover international shipping charges outside of the USA. Free shipping only applies within the United States.
